Equipping The Saints
And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Eph 4:11-13).
The church is not a mere gathering of people who passively witness the display of God’s power by one individual. Rather, God’s intended design for the church is for each believer to become a vessel through which His power flows to bring about transformation in communities and even nations. Our responsibility is to equip the saints, empowering them to actively influence and positively impact their communities for the glory of Jesus.
